Sean Davies
Managing Partner
Sean has over 25 years experience in Executive Search. Starting his search career with Egon Zehnder International in 1998, Sean moved to Cordiner King in 2003. He has extensive experience in the education, government and not for profit sectors. Sean has worked with most Australian universities on many successful appointments including Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Heads of School and Institute and Centre Directors.
In the government sector Sean has undertaken national and international searches for chief executives of Government agencies in the Commonwealth and all states and territories. Sean also has extensive experience in the appointment of non-executive directors for both the public and private sectors.
Sean has a PhD and a First Class Honours degree from Monash University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
