We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Granfield as CSU’s new Executive Director Customer Experience.  Matt will be leaving Economic Development Queensland where he is currently the Director of Marketing and Engagement.  Matt is a senior marketing, digital and customer experience leader with 20 years experience working in economic development, visitor and student attraction across the Asia Pacific region. Matt was chief marketer for the city of Brisbane and CMO/CXO for Australia’s largest hotel company. He wrote a book on hipsters, developed a suit with mobile payment technology, ran a tech start-up, created a hotel loyalty program and founded an innovative #techforgood charity.
